I found a big TV in the room. I also enjoyed tasty unlimited breakfast. Free parking on weekends was useful. The location suited visits to Leeds Castle and trips into the town centre.
The room lacked hot water one evening. I reported it to reception upon departure.

The room was spacious and clean. I found the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and had multiple choices. The staff were helpful and quick to respond to my queries.
The TV had very few channels to watch.

the staff was helpful. the room was very clean and quite spacious! housekeeping went to extra lengths to maintain cleanliness. i spent time in the bar, and the service from ben was both friendly and efficient.
the hotel needs air-conditioning. the provided desk fan was noisy and not efficient. the mattress also caused some discomfort.

The breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choices.
I stayed in room 228 and advise against it. Staff used walkie talkies loudly at 7:30 AM on a Sunday. The shower trickled and wasn't very hot. I could not increase the temperature.
